A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between EEPCA and EA, the European Cooperation for Accreditation, during a ceremony in Estoril, Portugal, on 18 November 2009. This MoU is the first of its kind under the revised structure of EA which was recently adopted to comply with the new legislative framework put into effect by the European Commission and Parliament.
